Bucks Cabaret Investigated 12 Times By The TABC
Bucks Cabaret is a part of a larger group of clubs owned by Deja Vu Consulting Inc. which also owns 132 other clubs and adult entertainment establishments that boasts revenue of approximately $400 million. The brand has had affiliations with famous aspiring club owners such as Vince Neil and has spawned the careers of many adult entertainers. With that success aside, the Bucks Cabaret club, in particular, has had issues with proper alcohol service. Located in Dallas, the club has had issues with allegations of selling to intoxicated patrons and lewd conduct.
Simply because a Bucks Cabaret location was investigated, it does not mean that they are a location that displays a pattern of violating TABC code. Conversely, if a location has been investigated and investigators determine that they are not in violation of TABC code, that does not mean that the alleged violation did not take place. At times, sufficient evidence required to prove that either criminal or administrative violations occurred is hard to come by. Allegation:
On 03/16/2015, a member of the Dallas community alleged that this location had allowed an intoxicated employee to possession narcotics and engage in prostitution.
The TABC closed the investigation on 4/25/2015 and took no further action against the club.

Allegation:
On 10/12/2015, a patron of the this establishment alleged that an employee engaged in prostitution and was intoxicated on the premises.
TABC officials closed the investigation on 10/31/2015, taking no further action in the matter.

Allegation:
On 04/05/2016, it was alleged that this location had allowed the possession of drugs by an employee.
Investigators closed the investigation on 05/14/2016 with no further action taken.

Allegation:
On 06/16/2016, it was alleged that an employee was intoxicated on the premises.
Later, on 08/06/2016, the case was closed without any administrative action taken against the bar.

On 03/15/2017, it was alleged that location was engaging in subterfuge, or, permitting another person to use a license or permit other than the one it is issued to in violation of §11.05 and §109.53, Alcoholic Beverage Code.
TABC investigators failed to find evidence that corroborated the allegations and closed the case on 3/31/2017.

On 04/07/2017, it was alleged that an intoxicated employee engaged in prostitution and possessed drugs.
Later, on 05/24/2017, the case was closed with no further action taken against the club.

Buck's Cabaret has had several other issues involving the improper sale of alcohol or allowing their employees to drink so much alcohol that it catches the attention of a patron at their establishment. Not to mention the various allegations, of selling during prohibited house and even prostitution. Although these allegations continue to pile up, the TABC has not found them to be in violation of guidelines.
